Countries Which Still Do Not Allow Women To Vote:
Some countries still do not recognize the universal rights of women, and this includes the rights to vote. This list is complicated as different nations are at different stages in letting women vote, so I will simply list each country in alphabetical order, with a few sentences explaining each countries situation.
As Brunei is a sultanate, there are no elections held, and thus both men and women are deprived of the right to vote for who they think is best suited to run the country.
In Saudi Arabia women are not allowed to vote because it is illegal under the law. In fact women (only women under 30!) were only allowed to drive in 2008, and that is still with 8 conditions attached. But at least it's a start (if that is even a consolation...).
As the Catholic Church does not allow females to become Cardinals, and the Cardinals are the ones who vote as to which one among them should become the Pope, females are not allowed to vote.
